We acquired an old 40' 5th Wheel frame in South Carolina, fixed it up, moved to Colorado, purchased land and turned our trailer frame into a Tiny House Mansion! 

Hello, My name is Ben. My Family and I live in a 45' Tiny House on Wheels that I built myself. I started becoming interested in the Tiny House Movement in 2012 from watching HGTV and The DIY Network on TV. But it wasn't until 2017 that I started making our dreams become reality. We had just sold our house in Indiana and moved to North Carolina. It was there that I started the search for the right Tiny House Frame. 6 Months later I found the perfect frame about 2 hours away in South Carolina. As soon as we acquired it and had it delivered to our area, the tongue snapped off.... :( With help from family, we reattached the tongue and beefed up the frame.

Life happened, the realization that we were pregnant with our first child (Son) and work beckoned us to the Midwest and we found ourselves in Colorado living out of our Truck Camper going from Job to Job all across the Midwest. We finally decided to put down some roots before our son arrived in August 2019 as we purchased our 1/2 acre that June in Arriba, CO. Between work, For 2 years, I spent my days, late nights and weekends working on our build; finally completing it in spring of 2021 and moving it onto our property. We are quite comfortable with our, now, family of 5 and look forward to many more years in our Tiny House on Wheels.

BHV Adventures was born out of the love of the build! I grew up in the construction industry (HVAC) and acquired my Real Estate License in Indiana. My love for development, construction and knowledge of real estate had fueled my passion for the Tiny House Movement. I understand what it takes to legally live in a Tiny House on Wheels and con help others do the same. That is why, in 2022, I started to build an RV Park and Tiny House Community in Arriba, CO. We are an hour and a half east of Denver on the High Plains of Colorado and it is so peaceful out here.

I set up BHV Adventures LLC to provide quality and spacious Tiny Houses to families like mine and do something about the growing need for affordable house here in Colorado. With this in mind, we plan to develop our systems between BHV Adventures and Big Ben's RV Park and Tiny House Community to step toward the front range in future months and years. Giving affordable housing options and accommodations with additional Communities where needed most.

In Spring of 2025, we plan on moving our Tiny House to the Tiny House Community and look forward to many more years of Tiny Living. We hope to see you there and accommodate you in your BHV Adventures Tiny House soon! ;)
